Pros
Fast paced environment with great people who support you and work hard.
Cons
Not enough process in place for projects and some of the people are not qualified enough for their positions. Hands off approach to employee issues and often sweep issues under the rug without facing them head on.

1. There is not much work burden 2. You are free to learn new things. 3. Less political environment. 4. Good work environment, people help each other.

1. There are no culture activities here. 2. There is not good compensation and benefits. 3. They lack in the infrastructure very much. 4. There is n compensation for employees good work.

Flexibility is the top attraction for Gate6. Telecommute, etc Chances to be exposed to different technologies and responsibility are high. Great place to gain experience The people here are really great.
Cons
If you don't like change, plan on being stressed a lot. Not all change is good change Offshore model consumes too much onshore time Incoming salaries are low as are increases making it difficult to attract / retain top talent

Good Organisation , nice people to work with. Time to time fun events, parties. No delay in salaries, even in the times like COVID-19. Full support provided to the employee in case of emergency or problems.

Need to improve the process, conversation related to work are often verbal.
