      Leadership is broken, only those who joined 5-6 years ago are the Directors and Managers here. Blame game, and full on politics. You will get promotion and good hike even without doing anything if you bootlick your manager or you're a South Indian. For rest even if you work 24*7 you will still gets layoff if you aren't in good books of your manager. Most of the 5 star reviews has been asked to write by these Management. This company has come up this much with Founders but their Engineering is so broken.

      - Great place to learn & grow. - Work culture is good and you get an opportunity to explore and do lot of good things - Remote job and unlimited PTO - People are awesome here including management - Very transparent interms of roles and responsibilities
