Dear reviewer, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us, as we are taking into consideration all submitted reviews. Within this perspective, we should at this point inform you, that the team to which your review is referring, is no longer working for i-DOCS.
More specifically, we have built a brand-new team, which has been formed by merging the top-skilled employees of the previous team, while adding new skillful Development and Application Engineering resources, under a new Technical and Innovations Division and Management. Relative changes have been also applied to the Commercial department.
i-DOCS Software is being used by our customers (which by the way are Top Telecom Operators, BFSI organizations and so on) located in SEE and EU, since 2003. We would also like to let you know that i-DOCS is currently evolving both as a Software and Team; within this perspective, should you be interested to apply for a job opportunity, we would be more than happy to discuss with you and potentially welcome you onboard our new team.
