Leadership is very poor on HR - firings were handled in an immature way, with managers trash talking employees to their colleagues in staff meetings. Many fired employees reported receiving no prior warnings and being blindsided. This is ethically bankrupt.
Management more concerned with protecting their favorite employees who have stagnated, rather than encouraging growth and development. Turnover at the bottom level is therefore high.
Very poor sales team leads to workers having to work with unfeasible budgets.
