      Great teams, eager to help, product has long successful history with customers

      Cons

      Product is not mission critical with customers, or already have competitor. PE seems to run the business. CEO appears to be absent. Several layoffs in dev and sales to reduce cost (?), then hires others.

      The change in NA Sales Leadership has clearly shifted company culture in the right direction. The partnership between Marketing and Sales at iGrafx is very positive, this is a testament to new leadership. Customers love the product and all the enhancements being made!

      Cons

      Outbound go to market strategy is still being perfected but great progress was made this year.
