Pros

Great people, free coffee, and onsite parking. The onsite café does a sensational job.

Cons

The technology team lacks leadership, vision and strategy. People are treated like garbage, overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. The company has huge plans for growth and a non- existant technology investment to enable it. Certain individuals in middle and senior managent (within the IT team) are not capable of performing their job.

Worst employer ever!

Pros

One free coffee per day from the cafe which the company pays for. Some managers are actually great to be around and genuinely want to help and invest the efforts to demonstrate company values.

Cons

Rarely any career progression here due to constantly restructuring and redundancies. Even if there is you'll question how much longer is your role safe for before you get the cut. Managers do not lead by example. In fact they do the complete opposite. Always focusing on the negatives. Rather than incentivise to encourage they would penalize and that is how they would enforce it. Targets and KPIs consistently changes and mid to senior managers frequently come up with new ways to dock you're pay. Deductions that you are made aware of only days before monthnend. This company is run by a group of cowboys, you don't want to work here!

Absolutely stay away

Pros

Decent culture - reps are laidback and fun to socialise with. That's all

Cons

If you hate cold calling, this is not the job for you - just stay as far away as possible. Job advert says that it is "warm lead calling" but couldn't be further from the truth - the leads are cold as ice (ie cold calling), any "warm leads" that exist are filtered to the reps who have been there the longest. Management / TLs are very judgemental. If you don't contribute much in team meetings you will be in the firing line and they will make an example of you. Team leaders/management are fake and only care about themselves. If you don't perform immediately you should fear for your job - they will terminate a handful of people after their induction period on the phones if they don't show "improvement". If you work your backside off from day dot but struggle to close the sale they will instantly dismiss you before you get a fair go at proving yourself. No growth whatsoever.
