Pros
The "lower ranked" operations and field personnel are some of the best people that I have worked with. Human and down to earth. Enjoyed having many laughs. Dogs in the office were therapeutic.
Cons
Where to begin! Zero defined process and procedures, with that the absence of clear guidelines has often led to confusion, duplicated efforts, and inefficiencies. Serious lack of communication. There have been instances where information flow between teams and departments has been inconsistent, leading to misunderstandings and delays in project timelines. The high turnover rate within the company has been concerning. It has created an atmosphere of uncertainty and instability, impacting team cohesion and the ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues. Also, being tasked with uniting SunCommon with iSun was a complete bang your head against the wall situation on a daily basis.
