      Started out great, went downhill.

      Pros

      Was a great place to work. Had a lot of good people there. Lots of potential.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs, pulled off in a less classy way than even in Office Space, remember the Bobs? Many people who were lured away from other jobs were let go. Multiple attempts to relaunch have failed.

      Nice web site and nice office space

      Oberon is now known as I-Play, so funny if you go to their corporate website...90% of the executive team is GONE!!! Where did they all go? To all the 30 people left in the NYC office...take down the executive pictures!!

      Changing for the better!

      New management team has made many positive changes. More focus. More communication. More energy and excitement. Headed in a much better direction.

      Cons

      Still facing some tough challenges left over from the past, but they are open about that and are addressing them.
