Pros

Working on the Starbucks team.

Cons

They talk about people behind there backs. When I interviewed here they told me that they are not about the "drama". Well that was a lie! Sometimes they can be so rude and they 100% micromanage. There is no diversity at this firm. I think that a lot of people get treated unfairly an there is a lot of "Karens" so watch your back. Its not worth the headache, the time and the money. Also there is always cars being broken into at this place, management does not care. This also how you know place is a piece of crap they most likely going to offer you a trial period so the let you go so they do not have to pay for you unemployment ( this happen been happen since 2012 )

Pros

Some of the coworkers and the managers are awesome. But be aware some will stab you in the back. So if you choose to work here make sure you get on a good team! If they offer you the Starbucks team, T-mobile and the Retail team you are pretty much golden. If you are PC don’t even bother coming they will micromanage you out in 4 to 11 months so my PC keep applying when you get here bc the most likely boot you out.

Cons

They micromanage you and ask you like every 30 mins how is going are you finish yet. I been here for 3 + years and there is no diversity what so ever and every time they hire some one with a diverse back ground or does something different they are immediately act like it their fault my be the should try of mentoring people and having a better on boarding process so people can flourish here.I promise you this the PC at this firms will be managed much more harshly than others. This firm is not what the previous review wrote the sent out emails for us to write those reviews..

idGROUP Response

idGROUP is a collection of people working together with one goal which is to exceed our client’s expectations. It’s what we do, what we take pride in and what has kept us in business. As a group, we have very high standards in terms of both work quantity, quality and technical excellence and we all hold each other accountable. We are a bit confused by this review. Not that we are perfect, nor that someone had a less than stellar experience here. The last two years have been extremely demanding on individuals and organizations. We would like the opportunity to learn through this and we welcome further discussion either on this forum or in private. With that said, we simply are not the “right” fit for everyone. You mentioned that not everyone works at the same pace. We would add that nor is every job the right fit for every person. This is not a reflection on the person nor is it a reflection on idGROUP
