Pros
Great team to work with, fun environment, good support from management, modern hardware. Plenty of learning opportunities.
Cons
Should build some in-house apps to provide to customers - loads of potential with the talent of developers. Better coordination/usage between idash Software and idash Solutions was a missed opportunity (at the time). It felt a bit divisive between the two companies - even under the same roof
