Low pay, driving own vehicle(45k miles/year) with higher than normal insurance, micro - managed on EVERYTHING, management insults employees often and in public, yearly raise of less than 25 cents. You live and die by the bonus pay, since hourly pay is sub par, yet you are punished for inventory mistake where you equipment is freely accessed by anyone in the warehouse. High turnover rate! Some supervisors know less about repairing the machines than the new techs, yet you have to call before ordering and using a part to fix the copier everytime, regardless of proven track record. They demand you do 5 calls or more a day, but when there are few calls for the day, you are sent home. No reward for making the company money.
