      Free Food - It's my priority Awesome Guidance from Top Management - No matter what the issue is Top management is always there to help you out. You will get work in which your heart is and will have tremendous opportunity to grow.

      I have worked before in a few companies, this is the first time I felt like giving a review. Usually, all departments in a company are happy except the sales department but even when I speak to a few colleagues who are in sales they tell me that the Targets are achievable and there is always a work-life balance.

      1. Decent salary 2. Good snacks 3. WFH - on Monday and Friday

      1. Micromanagement is at the core at iMocha - I don't know whether the CEO and CTO are aware of this pathetic situation by the sales leaders (so-called). 2. None of them knows the process of sales and just trying to timepass 3. Politics for internal designation without any skills 4. So much arrogance for folks staying in this company for more than two years 5. Even the HR is in total support of the biased and non-professional team
