inPowered AI is an advanced start up with product market fit with ad tech that has proven results. The founders make it a priority to hire based off of cultural fit, and it shows since everyone current employed are incredible people personally and professionally who are hungry to grow this company. This is a work hard play hard environment with tremendous upside if you are willing to put in the work. From a sales perspective, there is support across all company pillars and the founders are extremely flexible and willing to do whatever you need in order to be successful. Every employees opinion matters regardless of seniority, and its a very positive and healthy working environment.

Working at inPowered has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is small but highly collaborative, with a culture that's both friendly and professional. The fast-paced environment challenges you to grow quickly, and the leadership genuinely supports your development. With a strong product-market fit, there’s real momentum behind the work — making it a great place to build something meaningful and advance your career.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but its a true startup environment so you have to be ready to roll up your sleeve and hustle and doing the bare minimum wont cut it here.
