      An amazing workplace

      Pros

      One of a kind team building atmosphere, not common with most consulting firms. You really feel as part of a family. InterRel provides free education via youtube and books. Many companies who are not clients continue to purchase interRel's books and reference them as an original source. During my time, I saw excellent leadership by Edward Roske and those project managers I worked with.

      Cons

      Consulting is not for everyone.

      Pros

      interRel Consulting is a great place to work. We have recently merged with many other technology consulting firms to become Argano which will create more opportunity to grow the business and professionally.

      Cons

      While growing pains with mergers can be hard, they are also very exciting.
