Pros

Will get salary paid on time.

Cons

- Current management tends to act more like a dictator than a mentor, and has no idea how to help employees succeed. - Promotions, recognition are restricted to people with iBAHN or GTK experience. - Communications that are unofficial and hostile in nature. When employees raise things, they are fired. - Owner seems unwilling to understand ground reality, and should hire a professional with experience as a CEO.

Pros

The company culture was great, felt that there was good communication within the staff, felt like it was a team.

Cons

Once the management changed, there were a lot of major decisions which were not calculated in the best way. There are no incentives and perks either. Pay cuts were introduced but yet many staff members were retrenched which almost comes across as heartless given the current climate (Covid-19).
