      Great, first of its kind product, that I was proud to be a part of. The people are kind, smart, and diligent. The individuals and company will reach great heights.

      Pros

      The product is new to the market and has the opportunity to have a great, positive social and health impact. Exciting mix of start-up environment and organized medical company. Great coworkers, friendly, super smart, and very helpful. All the diverse groups work together well. Benefits are amazing, especially health insurance. Spacious office with great sit/stand desks. Open communication and a close-knit team environment. It's been a fun and crazy ride and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with this team and company to create an excellent and meaningful product.

      Cons

      It takes a lot of work to bring a product from R&D to market and sometimes the workload can seem overwhelming.
