      Founder calls the shots and is a terrible communicator They over promise to their customers Their tech is old fashioned There are people who are single points of failure in the organisation & as such are overworked

      The people and processes from recruitment, to joining to working in itim are genuinely welcoming and supportive. The company is growing quickly but robustly, which offers stimulating and challenging work in a culturally diverse workplace. Not hierarchical so the opportunity to contribute and ask for contribution.

      During the current Working From Home (WFH), the opportunity to meet colleagues face to face in a central office setting.

      Pros

      Since I have joined Itim, I feel I have grown and learnt so much. I am working with truly knowledgeable professionals who are constantly pushing me to take on new challenges and opportunities. The team is always super motivated and supportive and however busy they are, they will always make you feel they have time for you. I have always been fascinated by new technologies and the software that promotes innovation and developments and ITIM is the company that encourages its employees to think of new things and to see new possibilities. I can only say positive things about my role, colleagues and the company – a great place to work with collaborative people for a successful outcomes.
