      Pros

      Company consists mostly of very talented, highly motivated, and creative engineers and admin staff. Relaxed work environment. Reasonable compensation with monetary rewards for going above and beyond. Interesting projects where you really feel like you make a difference.

      Cons

      A lot of uncertainty in work flow. When there is a lot of work, stress is high. When there isn't a lot of work, stress is high.
