1-lack of professional ethics, not able to meet the offers before joining
2-there is no resources for other vlsi domain eg DV, AMS, physical design (except analog layout)
3-mostly freshers inexperienced people
4-founders have master slave ego, hence experienced professional tends to leave
1)they don't follow the ethics. 2)During joining they says something else and after joining they changed their words. 3)They change their policies. 4) make fack promises. 5) don't join the company.
