Pros
There are some luminaries and highly regarded engineers working here. Overall, they have a great working environment with good benefits and it is easy to coast.
Cons
The founder micromanages his subordinates and has a quick temper. Also, he is incapable of removing the bad apples from the barrel. Life at litl is one big pivot, with the next pivot being whatever strikes the owner's fancy.
