The CEO is an egotistical ‘New Yorker’ type who thinks she’s knows everything and takes no ownership in her tanking of what was a good company. She lacks people skills yet hires and promotes unqualified people to take on management as mistake after mistake took down a once thriving company. She and the co-owner (her husband) butt head constantly with conflicting direction and strategy. This is a girl’s club and proudly promotes women while men are often overlooked or taken the role of support. Many are let go abruptly without reason and those remaining fear they maybe next. Many senior management have left without a replacement. There are many great benefits at this company but there is a reason for the high turn over.
