You will be given the freedom to make decisions effecting your area of the business, but your area of the business will also be expected to produce and deliver results.
It was a cool, family-style startup culture and people had freedom and encouragement to learn as much as they could. The core team, technology and platform were/is amazing! I was promoted several times, and the benefits were great.
Cons
Some of the legacy clients were a challenge; a test of one's patience. As the secure mPulse platform was developed, things got a bit more corporate and sales-driven, and a bit less fun.
