The company is a fast-paced software scale-up, and you truly feel like you're a part of something bigger. Regardless of your role, you have the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth. If you're proactive and willing to dive in, you can make a significant impact and be recognised and rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Cons

As with many scale-up companies, there can be a lack of established processes and procedures. However, if you're willing to embrace this and get involved, it is completely manageable.

They really are running round like headless chickens. CEO likes to talk but doesnt listen, and has no time Small office, so it has a clique Some people expect you to be at your beck and call Self preservation and being thrown under the bus is a regular occurence Everyone is just defeated and tired due to knee-jerk decisions

If you like planes it has a great view of the airport.

Cons

Staff seem beaten up, tired, overworked and depressed. Some very toxic personalities spoil the workplace. Staff aren’t nurtured or supported. Resistant to change for the better. Management is pretty much one person.
