Pros

Working at this company has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The sense of purpose is undeniable. Every day, I get to contribute to something bigger than myself and that’s incredibly motivating. Knowing that my efforts help support those who serve our country gives me a deep sense of pride. I am surrounded and supported by great managers who genuinely care about their people and the mission.

Some coworkers understood the struggle and shared the burden.

Cons

The role demanded that I dress up flawed data interpretations as insights, even when they were far from helpful. We weren't genuinely solving problems—we were repackaging confusion and presenting it as clarity to satisfy clients and leadership. I felt sick watching shortcuts and surface-level fixes become the norm. The dissonance between what I knew was right and what I was told to do was mentally exhausting.
