      Unless desperate, avoid - churn is heavy and lots of silent layoffs

      Cons

      One minute you're the bees knees, next you are expendable. Management going through lots of change last two quarters have been subpar - not making enough money. PE backed and brutal work place environment.

      Pros

      - Very progressive cultural policies - Smart, motivate work force - Leadership are open to collaboration and change - Generous stock options - Company promotes from within

      Cons

      - Flat organization leaves a lot of autonomy for employees. Some people swim, some people sink - On boarding could be better - This is still a quasi startup, it's not a 4 day 9-5 work week environment. The product is in demand and you have to hustle.
