You report for work when you want, leave when you want. If you dont feel like showing up, then just don't come in. No one cares, not even management.
Cons
If you're looking for a real career, ofo is anything but. Inside is a sh!tshow disguised as a tech unicorn. The owners of the business aren't actually interested in building a proper company. Over hired initially to look like a "tech giant" but eventually fired most of the team due to financial trouble. Some people were even on the payroll despite not being part of the company - which explains the financial trouble. Mismanged funds eventually led to defulting payments and the demise of the organisation.
