Pros
Fast paced environtment. Flexible working time and location (remote). Nice co-workers. You get challenged frequently, but you also get all the support needed to perform.
Cons
You may need to work a bit more than normal, if compared to normal (not that fast paced) companies. Huge salary differences between employees (under similar positions). No career plan - you need to beg/bargain for a raise.
