      Pros

      The hiring process at Peekd was very thoughtful. I got the chance to connect with everyone that I'll be working with and had time to see that we're a good fit. They gave me the salary I asked for and shares of the company. It is motivating already.

      - No cons I could think of. Some processes need to be polished, others to be established, but in general, it's all moving in the right direction.
