Pros

Really great people, great working pattern.

Cons

Some work from home allowance for development of home office would be a good advancement.

Pros

Honestly, this place had been a breath of fresh air. The work pressure and expectations are legit clear, and the pay is great and leave structure makes it easy to handle your personal life without burning out. One of the best parts is how they handle leaves, i never had anyone calling me up on my holiday, I got performance reviews and appraisals twice a year and there’s a huge focus on leveling up your skills.

Cons

Expect a lot of oversight they’re big on quality control and attention to detail, which can feel intense. there is a hustle culture that might be tough if you aren't used to the startup grind. Management is well intentioned and supportive, but unfortunately, a few bad apples tend to take advantage of that flexibility.

Pros

Unmatched flexibility: perfect for managing work, personal commitments, and everything in between. Excellent work–life balance: expectations are clear, work is structured, and burnout is rare. Twice-a-year appraisals: very few companies actually do this, but this one does and delivers. Leave encashment at year-end: a huge plus that makes you feel valued for every bit of effort. Rewards for good performance: from appreciation to actual gifts (yes, even high-value ones like phones). Growth-focused environment: the company actively pushes you to do better, learn more, and elevate your skills. Respectful feedback culture: gaps are never discussed publicly or in humiliating ways. Feedback is always given privately and constructively. Recognition culture is real: people who perform well get appreciation, visibility, and opportunities. Transparent about performance gaps: no one leaves without being clearly informed about areas to improve (something that actually helps long-term career growth). A supportive team environment: I personally always felt guided and supported, not micromanaged or ignored.

Cons

Leadership should improve planning and project structuring before expanding teams. At times, teams were built ahead of having enough planned work, which created uncertainty for some members. As an ex-employee, I felt it was important to shed light on both sides of the story. Yes, there are areas to improve, just like any organisation; but the positive aspects here are real, consistent, and often overlooked by those who were upset about being challenged on their performance.
