Pros

The redpepper team is made up of some of the smartest, most talented people I know. This makes it a great place to learn, access mentorship, and develop your skills with the company’s support. It is very clear that they value the whole human—investing in leadership trainings, DEI&B sessions, and making an effort to put people in roles that engage their strengths and passions. I felt I could trust that my teammates and leadership would support me. People really care about lifting each other’s efforts up and doing work they’re proud of.

Cons

Room for some internal processes to be more optimized.
