The founding team is completely resistant to counselling, commercially clueless and full of incredibly toxic beliefs when it comes to employee management. There were reinforcements in the management team who, with empathy and expertise, gave hope for change - unfortunately only temporarily. The company has still not managed to develop a viable business model. Hiring and firing is therefore impulsive and arbitrary. If you expect psychological safety, a reasonable work-life balance and regular salary payments, you are in the wrong place.
