-> The team is amazing. Everyone supports each other. Different cultures and backgrounds but still running in one direction. -> Interesting line of work (Corporate Innovation and Intrapreneurship) -> Great perks (despite being an early-stage startup) -> Cool offices but flexibility to work from home -> Great growth opportunities
Cons
- Nothing I can think of. Well, I guess you'd earn more at a corporate and less busy.
