      Arrogant and don’t like to listen to potential improvement even if they ask for them Big boys club Management out of touch with reality and only think throwing headcount at a problem will fix it Forever having IT issues Very poor company culture

      Pros

      Nothing anymore. After the aquisition of the company by an equity firm, and all the changes that happened, I don’t see any Pros anymore. They let go too many people, but the initiatives remains the same, so the work load for us still here is terrible. They will require us to come to the office 3 times a week now. Bonus from last year was meh.

      Cons

      Too many to mention aside from 3 days in the office, no near public transpo.
