Very positive outlook and operations. stakefish has a very diverse team. Advice: Be reasonable, self-disciplined, and consistently deliver results for a remote-first environment - the fundamental way to gain trust as team leads tend to be very busy and hands-off. Flexibility to arrange own work schedule as long as results are delivered. The entire team is very friendly, understanding, and helpful - well taken care of work family. Policies are clear and employee-friendly despite it could be a challenge to manage with team members in more than 10 different locations. If anything is unclear or assistance is needed, it is promptly resolved and clarified. A few team members being transferred and promoted to leadership positions within half a year to a year upon joining.
Cons
Team members are from different time zones and more than 10 different countries, so a segmented work schedule to take calls outside of working hours from time to time is reasonable, an opportunity to enjoy personal time during the off-peak hours when everyone is working that time instead.
