      Pros

      People are very welcoming and willing to help, commitment to learning.

      Cons

      Offer a £1000 welcome bonus but this is actually just knocked off the first pay increase (which is 1000 instead of 2) which is misleading.

      Pros

      Lovely office and work environment. Some other colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      Managers do not care about about the graduates in some placements. Graduate Scheme was very unorganised. Lacked support.

      There is no ceiling here, the directors are approachable and make time

      Cons

      Depending on the role, there can be a lot of travel, but it is expendable.
