      Awful company - pressured bullying atmosphere. When we were taken over and consumed by telent, the senior managers opening remarks were. 'If you are not going to do as you are told - I'll help you out!'. Worst company I have ever worked for

      Cons

      Listen to the engineers values Review contracts correctly … Don’t just bud for sake of it Management not in right roles on some contracts Not supportive with mental health issues Work in silos far too much , shows lack of structure and correct leadership.
