Pros

If you're good at learning from other's mistakes, you're at the right place. Mistakes and wrong decisions in abundant. It starts from the root of the hierarchy, and stops there. The CEO is hebetudinous doltish and blockheaded at the same time. And everyone else suffers. Most of the team members are really good though. Company survives on that

Cons

Tried and tested management style. Mgmt has done in past, and doing it year on year. Hire wrong people based on their fancy stints. They ruin the company. Mgmt fires/screws/blames other employees including hard working ones. Mgmt invests in wrong decisions, be it leadership, or product. CEO gets influenced by every word that goes in her ears and makes/changes decisions based on that. It can be very unpredictable and super unproductive, spoiling huge efforts of the team. The decisions would eventually fail, and she'd make everyone suffer like if it's employees faults. There's lot of politics. We've seen people who can speak and influence the CEO to play bad games. This has recently uglified the team spirit and working culture of the company.

Pros

I am deeply concerned about the CEO's ethical conduct. There have been consistent instances of dishonesty towards both investors and employees. The CEO's habit of evading severance payments and coercively pushing employees out is troubling. Additionally, the refusal to honor financial commitments to vendors further exemplifies a lack of integrity. These actions not only harm the reputation of the company but also create an environment of distrust. It is imperative for the company's stakeholders to address these unethical practices and ensure transparency and fairness moving forward.

Cons

The CEO's leadership has resulted in significant turmoil within the company. The loss of her entire management team and co-founder due to her consistent lying and deceit speaks volumes about her inability to foster a healthy and trustworthy work environment. It's clear that her actions have pushed everyone to their limits. The erosion of trust and the departure of key personnel indicate a dire need for change at the top. The company's future success depends on a leader who can rebuild relationships, restore confidence, and steer the company in a more ethical and transparent direction.

Pros

None. Please join at own risk.

Cons

Ridiculous management style with unfair treatment. Pretty sure that this review is going to get covered up by the fake reviews that higher management is going to task employees to post. Hard work not recognized by higher management. Delayed payments and claims for months.
