Friendly team environment and good experience working with residents and customers daily. The role helps build communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Good exposure to property management and community hosting responsibilities. Every day is different, which keeps the role interesting.

Cons

Workload can sometimes become stressful during busy periods, especially when managing multiple resident requests at once. Communication between departments could occasionally be improved for smoother operations and better support.
