Pros

Where do I start? Great strategy focused on digital video and social media, overlaid with data from partners. Expert leadership team. Strong backing from Axiata, a $20B telco. The expertise, coaching and global network of Adknowledge and AdParlor. In Asia, the business grew 1000% last year and is on track to grow another 300% this year. Very exciting place to work

Cons

There have been some teething problems given the crazy growth and Komli acquisition. The finance function needs an overhaul - too much paper and excel as opposed to online systems, and there have been a few issues with billing and collections.

Pros

At least it has to pay fairly well.

Cons

One of the worst companies ever. Leave if you can. Won't last longer than a year or two to collapse

Full of smart alecks and sly people. Worst of all: Bias culture.

Pros

Pros are free lunches and oftentimes irritating noises from colleagues playing Table Tennis in the cramped office and getting disturbed by lousy players with balls flying to your table, but seriously all these “perks” do NOT matter.

Cons

I think people who wrote positive reviews about this company are male chauvinists or people whom the bias HR people “admire” and who think management is on their side despite being office slackers, thinking too highly of themselves (read: intelligent, not!), bootlickers and pulling strings to get where they want to go.
