Communications Lead salaries in Singapore

I am interviewing for a director level role in industry. There is a ton of influencing without authority in the JD. I’m wondering if this role is really senior director by scope. What are your signals a role actually is senior director ( considering scope , complexity, impact etc) ? For context, this role is responsible for managing a corporate functions portfolio of projects and a PMO/integrator and functional change leader/communications lead. Cont in comments

Question, I have for a long time wanted to become an ASL interpreter. I have been putting it off for financial reasons and timing reasons. Is it hard? Is it worth it? I do have a passion for helping others, and have always been drawn to American Sign Language in sign language in general. Just wanted to get some positive thoughts for others.

I am chatting with a recruiter tomorrow about a communications manager role at KPMG. The range they are giving is so wide ($101K to $185K). I will ask if they can give me a narrower range. But anyone have any insights on what range I should give? I am newer to communications but have 30 years of experience in journalism and content. This is in NYC.
