From Manilla to the UK, Minneapolis to Singapore, leaders of Anaplan's seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) gathered in New York for our very first ERG Co-Lead Summit. During this summit, innovative ideas sparked, and future ERG initiatives took shape. The team brainstormed programming, met with key executives, and participated in development training. At Anaplan, we are building a winning culture where diverse experiences, voices and perspectives are celebrated and valued. Our ERGs are at the heart of this. The synergy, collaboration, and learning during the summit left us feeling energized. Hear from our Chief People Officer, Carey Pellock, about the impact of bringing our ERG leads together.

Last week’s Model Builder Forum in London brought together model builders from more than 30 of Anaplan’s customers to exchange ideas and best practices and collaborate in person. From Paris to Manila, San Francisco to York, Anaplanners across the globe celebrated Pride. It was inspiring to see individuals from all backgrounds come together to share their experiences, deepen their understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community, and celebrate love in all its forms. Thank you to the co-leads and members of our Anaplan Pride employee resource group and our DEI team for facilitating events throughout the month, giving employees a chance to connect, learn, share and have fun.
