This month, we brought more than 600 of our HQ team members and store leaders together in person for hashtag#AthletaWeek, a first-of-its-kind experience centered on connection, collaboration and setting the stage for the year ahead. Together, we deepened our commitment to Athleta’s mission, took a hands-on approach to innovation in our brand and performance product, and celebrated the incredible team members who embody the Power of We at our third annual Golden Cowbell Awards. And because movement is at the heart of everything we do, we closed out the week with our annual Athleta Quest—exploring fitness experiences from yoga and pilates to dance, pickleball and kickboxing, strengthening team connection along the way. Athleta Week was more than an event, it was a reflection of the energy, purpose, and collective strength that will drive us forward in the year ahead. We’re grateful for every team member who brings our mission to life and excited for how we’ll put this collective energy in motion in 2025 and beyond!
