This week, the Breeze Software team had the opportunity to attend the Ukraine-Spanish Business Forum π The main goal of the event was to promote cooperation between Ukrainian and Spanish companies in a B2B format. The forum brought together representatives from 23 Spanish companies in key sectors such as: β‘οΈ Trade; β‘οΈ Energy; β‘οΈ Healthcare; β‘οΈ IT Technologies; β‘οΈ Agriculture. While our primary focus at the forum was technology, we also greatly enjoyed interacting with specialists from other fields, exchanging experiences, and laying the groundwork for future collaborations π€ Overall, for Ukrainian companies, this became a strong signal of support repeatedly expressed by Spain, for which we are very grateful π Despite challenging conditions, Ukrainian entrepreneurs continue to advance in their respective fields and achieve significant success πͺ
Last week, Breeze Software conducted a workshop on the topic "IT Project Development Ecosystem: How to Develop Quality Projects and Effectively Communicate with Clients." π Our CEO, CTO, and Project Managers shared their experience in client management and provided valuable insights to colleagues. π£ What were the main topics of discussion? β Client philosophy: How to build effective communication with clients to avoid project mishaps? β Approaches to project estimation: Cases and anti-cases in project assessments. β Project development standards: User cases for AI tools. π What were the key insights identified upon completion? β‘ Clients and developers perceive projects differently. Clients focus on ROI, while developers emphasize the technological components of the end product. β‘ Comprehensive teamwork within the team is essential for a successful project releaseβdeveloping a communication plan, monitoring progress, and correctly allocating roles and responsibilities (using the RACI matrix). β‘ Proper project estimation is a crucial factor in collaboration. Key evaluation criteria include cost, task scope, time, and potential risks. β‘ Smart use of AI is important. It serves as our assistant for quicker issue resolution but should not replace the experience of developers entirely. The workshop was beneficial not only for developers, QA specialists, and PMs but for the entire team to gain a better understanding of the project's full lifecycle β»

What is Breeze Software merch about? Our team carefully selects all the elements of merch, because itβs not just about please employees π€, but also to remind of common values. Therefore, creating a company's merch, we always rely on several important factors: β Practicality. First of all, the item should be useful π and cover the basic needs of the employee (power bank, notebook, flash drive); β Quality. An equally important criterion that we pay attention to. After all, everything should work properly βοΈ and serve for a long time; β Relevance. Also, you shouldn't ignore the seasonality factor and make sure that in the warm season the employee can wear a t-shirt and always have a water bottle π§, and in winter they can warm up with our hoodie or blanket; β Visual component. Of course, the aesthetic side should not be overlooked. Merch should be stylish and versatile to match different clothes π No less pleasant is the fact that an employee can receive merch not only for a holiday or event in the company, but also as a gratitude for a cool idea of activity or innovation π€© What factors are important to you in creating company merch?
