We love making cakes at Caring Homes, especially when there’s a special occasion to bake for – and there’s no better reason than Christmas! Our annual Christmas Cake Competition was briefed in October - plenty of time for any resident, chef, team member or relative to put forward a recipe.
The Pines Christmas Fayre Brings Friends And Neighbours Together With Christmas approaching and a sense of festive anticipation in the air, the team and residents at The Pines voted to celebrate the season with a Christmas Fayre – an opportunity for residents to get involved and have fun, and a chance for The Pines to connect with the local community.
Celebrating 30 Years Of Caring Homes With Carers Sue And Sharonet At The Pines This year, we’ve been marking Caring Homes’ 30th birthday by celebrating the people that make each of our 21 care homes so special. Meet Sue and Sharonet, carers at The Pines Nursing Home in Putney, west London, who have both worked there for an incredible 32 years.
