More than 100 people came together last night for Mercy Hospital’s Annual EMS Awards Dinner, a celebration dedicated to the first responders whose quick thinking and courage save lives every single day. This year’s honorees—many of them volunteers—were recognized for extraordinary acts of heroism during emergency calls. Their stories included a responder who brought a cardiac arrest patient back to life at Highmark Stadium, and another who helped free a resident trapped beneath a tree that had crashed through their home. Their actions are powerful reminders of the bravery and compassion that define our EMS community. #EMS #FirestResponders #TheRightWaytoCare
