She's raising three kids in Tel Aviv, Respect. She would call herself a groupie of the city and would like to fill in more and more positions and roles that allow her to contribute the knowledge and experience she gathered through the years. She usually spends her free time jogging, going to the gym, and attending classes in Pilates. What a Super MAMA! This is Aia Rudin Zach, the connecting link between the company and its customers. I'm Aia; I'm forty-two years. I've worked for Cellebrite as a Sales Operation Specialist for four and a half years. In simpler words, I work "behind the scenes" of the selling process. I work with individuals from the sales department, and in front of customers, you could say I'm a "One stop shop" for our customers. I love the hybrid model of work; in my opinion, it's a great combination that sees the employees and makes them feel like they are being counted on. It has dramatically improved the relationships of the team members because it made us realize that we need to trust each other more and work even closer as a team."
She has four job titles (how awesome is that?), and if Cellebrite were not an option, she'd probably end up in law enforcement. Meet Holly! "I'm Holly Hoffman, 8.5 years at Cellebrite. In my current position, I sell and coordinate customer training. When people ask me what I do here, I tell them that my department trains law enforcement on how to use our tools so they can solve criminal cases and keep us safe. I love the mission, the people here at Cellebrite, and our customers. My job keeps me on my toes since there is never a dull moment! I met great people and friends here, and we have a great department and team. In early 2021 we had to restructure the department due to staffing changes. We rebuilt a lot from the ground up and have added many great team members. That made me realize we can handle anything, be successful, and create a special bond. I am proud of our commitment to our customers and take great joy in assisting them with their training journey.
Bar Ben Ezra is a software development hero (studying for a degree in computer science at the Open University!) who feels there’s no limit to the places she can reach if she puts her mind to it. "My name is Bar. I’m 24, a final year university student, and have been working at Cellebrite for a year and two months. My first job here was in automation development, which is a really cutting-edge field, and today, I’m a software developer. What makes working at Cellebrite meaningful to me? You can do software development in many places, but doing it here gives you the satisfaction knowing the product you helped develop is in turn helping law enforcement agencies to solve crimes or investigations. When you’re responsible for developing a particular feature, and you get a call from your customer saying it helped put criminals in jail, that’s an amazing feeling. Professionally, you receive a lot of support here. Whether that’s encouragement, tools, and opportunities from your team leaders, or a sense the whole company is backing your decisions and opening new doors."

Meet David Fishbain, Scrum Master by day, and a die-hard fan of Hapoel Holon basketball at night (okay, by day too). The advice he gives anyone wishing to come work with us is to be patient and invest in learning - because it pays off big time! My name is David, I’m 33, live in Givat Shmuel, am married, and a dad to two kids. Until the beginning of November, I worked for a small start-up that provided capabilities for gathering visible intelligence, i.e., visual data that can be collected from social networks. Since the company was bought by Cellebrite, I’ve been working in a position known as “Scrum Master”. I am part of a team that develops the capabilities to gather visible intelligence, the so-called "crawlers" who locate the required information across the network. The acquisition gave Cellebrite new capabilities it didn’t have, and it's been interesting to see this development from an insider’s perspective. I really enjoy working at Cellebrite and leading a team has opened a whole new world for me."
Our Services team, with a few HR team members, enjoyed an outing of “friendly fire” in a competitive laser tag game! As if that wasn’t enough of a challenge, they held an ax-throwing competition! They sustained no injuries and had a lot of fun!

A festive Cellebrite celebration for st. John, Brazilian style! This event was full of joy, dancing, music, a big fire pit, fireworks, and goodies to warm up the revelers since the celebration is in the Winter! We had a great time celebrating traditions with our friends and family from Cellebrite!
Although she’s no scuba diver, if you ask her the best way to start a new job, she’ll tell you to take a deep breath and just jump in the water! Meet Ya’ara Moskovitz-Holtzman, our legal hero! “Hi, I’m Ya’ara, 37 years old. I’ve been a Legal Counsel for Cellebrite for the past year and a half. My role is global, providing legal services and handling global agreements for all the company's subsidiaries around the world. Without a doubt, this makes my job extremely interesting. In our team, I am responsible for sales and business development - which covers partnerships, acquisitions, and other large-scale agreements that greatly influence our products’ capabilities and what we’ll be able to bring to market in the future. For me, Cellebrite is not simply ‘another’ high-tech company. There’s a great sense of meaning to my work; within all the agreements and acquisitions, I can see what our products do, and what they are used for, and that’s very exciting. I feel part of a story with real meaning, with real impact on people’s lives."
Six months ago, we realized that only heroes could recruit heroes! So, we hired a new recruitment team to find the next generation of cellebrite's heroes! To celebrate this anniversary (and as a treat after a few intense months of work), we went on a fun team day in Tel Aviv, which began with a graffiti tour in Florentine neighborhood and ended with a culinary tour in the Levinsky Market. As a cherry on top, we got a surprising visit by a global team member who "just so happend" to be visiting Israel! A huge thank you to Matan Liss, head of global talent acquisition, who manages this team and department with superhuman speed!
