Learning @ speed of Digital in Covid Times The current pandemic has affected every organization big and small and we at CITCO are no different. What sets us apart is our Agility to quickly pivot from traditional ways of classroom learning and seamlessly transition to a Digital method of delivery. To begin with, we revisited the learning curriculum of every classroom programmes and redesigned them for virtual delivery. We recognized the need of blended digital approach by using a combination of Instructor Led Live Webex sessions, E-Learning and recorded webinars. Concurrently to help our employees settle down into this new normal, we released a series of short modules on “Remote Working “ that focuses on Employee Well-Being, Leading people virtually and facilitating online meetings. We will continue to expand our Digital offerings, one of them being a marquee tie up with LinkedIn Learning, which will curate personalized learning journeys for our employees.

"On Thursday 14th March, HFC will be holding its 2019 Benefit to fight child abuse. The evening, held at The Seagram Building, will be honouring PWC for the invaluable support shown to HFC, as well as congratulating all sponsors for their continuous generosity. HFC is a global non-profit organisation that works to prevent and treat child abuse both at home and abroad. Over the past 20 years, the organisation has distributed more than $53 million in grants to organisations who protect and heal children, making the world a safer place for more than 80,000 children and their families each year."
