U.S. healthcare is hard enough to navigate in your first language. Now imagine doing it in your second. When Spanish-speaking members can actually understand their health plan, everything changes: how often they engage, how confidently they navigate care, how much they trust the system to show up for them. Since launching My Collective® in Spanish, the numbers tell the story. Spanish-dominant members gave us an 84 NPS. 76% say they feel more confident navigating their health plan. This is what happens when translation isn't a checkbox. It's a foundation, built with Spanish-speaking researchers, tested with real members, designed for humans first. 👇 Click through to read our members' experience, in their own words.
On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we reflect on Dr. King’s vision of equality, justice, and opportunity for all. At Collective Health, we’re inspired by his call to action to help build a more equitable healthcare system where everyone has access to the care and support they need to thrive. We honor his legacy by continuing to put fairness, equity, and compassion into practice every day for our employees, our members, our clients, and the world we serve. ❤️

Honoring Memorial Day at Collective Health 🇺🇸 For the second year in a row, our team in Lehi, Utah hosted a POW/MIA ceremony to honor the service members who are still missing or were taken as prisoners of war. This year, we proudly expanded the event by welcoming members of our neighboring work community to join us in this solemn tradition. Led by our Collective Veterans Employee Resource Group – and in partnership with the Scottish American Military Society, Post 1847, a local Veteran organization – the ceremony featured the POW/MIA table, a ritual that dates back to the end of the Vietnam War. Every detail of the table holds deep symbolism and serves as a powerful reminder of the cost of freedom. In addition to the live ceremony, POW/MIA tables were displayed in each of our offices across the country for a week, complete with placards that explained the meaning behind each item. We’re deeply grateful to our community partners and all those who made this remembrance possible. At Collective Health, we remain profoundly thankful for the duty, courage, and sacrifice of those who served – and those who never returned home.

This week, we proudly announced a new chapter in our journey to modernize employer-sponsored healthcare: Providence Health Plan Powered by Collective Health®. Together with Providence Health Plan, we're offering a more flexible, tech-driven experience for self-funded employers across the Pacific Northwest. As Ali Diab shared with Lydia Ramsey Pflanzer at Endpoints News, this partnership represents an "Intel Inside" moment – where Collective Health enables forward-thinking health plans like PHP to deliver more value without reinventing the wheel. This shift underscores something we’ve long believed: The future of healthcare will be collaborative. Health plans and health tech can – and should – work together to make care more connected, accessible, and most importantly, human.
