This March, the Portland office, along with 37 volunteers from other businesses, came together to support the Oregon Food Bank and in the process, set a new record! In just a two-hour shift, the team packed over 20,000 pounds of potatoes, averaging an impressive 388+ pounds per person. Giving back through events like this is both fun and rewarding, providing a great opportunity to serve alongside coworkers while making a meaningful impact on the community. A huge thank you to everyone who participated!

On April 15th, team member Daniel Pearson, a design manager based in Miami, served as a design juror at the University of Miami's School of Architecture Design Studio career event. During the event, students showcased their architectural projects to industry professionals, exploring career paths beyond traditional architectural firms. The event proved enriching for both students and jurors. Twelve students presented their projects, and after each presentation, they received valuable feedback and recommendations. A particularly exciting and motivational highlight was the jurors' selection of three favorite projects, which may be presented to city representatives in the future. The event was an incredible opportunity to help mentor future architects and provide aspiring professionals with valuable input and real-world advice.
