This module, developed for a mobile app, is used to facilitate placing returns for the products purchased through any branch of the client. Return orders are placed by consumers after which the module checks and updates the details to process refunds. The returns data can be stored offline and online, reviewed before submission and used to check status updates of the placed returns. The client can now track application usage with the help of a GTM-Google tag manager and display the result in the application through Usage Tracker Power BI. Giving readers a brief glimpse of the products developed by our team 😊 A web-based map solution that provides insights into geographical coverage of recycling entities of mattress developed and integrated with data automation using ADF framework which can ingest, process and transform huge volumes of vector and GIS data with quick turnaround time. An application for a leading mattress manufacturer in the US helping manage product details separately and details of accessories for all promotion excel reports. The team worked incredibly hard to complete and deliver the module enhancements on time despite working under a very strict deadline. Great effort and commitment! Another application for the same mattress manufacturer also went live marking the first time that the client had introduced pillows as a product that users could access directly through the application. This launch was well received by the client and the team was appreciated for the smooth delivery. The Quality Assurance team from CA worked on Banner (an Ellucian product) migration for a Student Information System by using an Automation framework that was built inhouse and automated more than 70+ test cases for this implementation. Regression testing was done using this automation framework throughout the implementation, and high standards were set for Automation test case creation and execution. Performance testing was also done on more than 4000 notifications, created, and measured for response time, and the team worked on API Automation scripting as well to help reduce the manual effort in this Banner Bridge implementation. Our CA QA team can now be considered as SMEs for the Student Information System and the integration area. Way to go team!!
